Private Events
Both our dining room and outdoor space are available for your special event. We can accommodate up to 50 seated guests or 70 standing guests
What’s Included
Our private space rental includes our full staff of servers & bartenders, both dining room and outdoor spaces with both bars, all dishes, glasses & serving ware. No additional rentals are required
Food & Beverage Packages
We will custom build your menu to fit your needs, working with your budget. Our chef, Emerson Ross and Head Bartender, Cris Morales are at your disposal to create the perfect menu for you
Types of Celebrations
You can choose a seated meal, a semi-seated event, or a standing cocktail & passed appetizer style gathering
The Fine Print
Semi private event reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation. A $25 per guest cancellation fee will be charged for all reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
A card will be on file for all purchases during the event, and a 20% gratuity will be added to all event tabs, both private and semi private
Your Event at Tonic
Semi-Private Events
A portion of our patio is available Sunday-Thursday for semi private events for up to 25 guests. The semi-private option is not available for groups larger than 25 guests.
There is a $500 Food & Beverage minimum for semi-private events. You can choose a standing event or a seated event. This option is great for corporate happy hours, birthday parties, baby showers, etc.
The Patio
Our patio brings an urban oasis feel to your event, while giving you peace of mind about the outside elements. Our patio is covered to shield from rain. We have in-roof, high powered gas heaters, and spot propane heaters for the periphery. In the winter months (Dec-March) the patio is tented to keep you toasty warm
Space Rental Fees
Day (before 5pm): $1800
Night (5pm-11pm) $2800
We rent the space Sunday-Thursday. The space is not available on Fridays or Saturdays
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold the space.
Balance is due at the end of the event. Deposits are fully refundable with a 30 day notice, and 50% refundable with a 15 day notice.
